Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to plan and schedule work.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse and administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop staff through training and performance management initiatives.
• Manage movement and audit of inventory; coordinate RF system cycle counts and vendor returns.
• Oversee debit memo process with accounting for past dues, pricing and job quotes.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails; maintain customer relationships and follow-up on issues.
• Assist with branch safety and building security; report accidents with HR guidance.
• Support other branches to secure customer orders with Sales team and Managers.
