Job summary

Workstream in Lexington, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.

You will lead by example, ensure adherence to all systems and procedures with 100% integrity, and keep the store in exceptional order.

Qualifications

• Able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

• Ensure the store is in excellent order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
