Qualifications

• Degree and/or knowledge of Wire, High Value Payment (HVP), ACH and Checks Processing is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and evolving tech.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize product and service improvements and create plans for implementation.
• Use knowledge of internal operations to develop a forward-looking focus for the business.
• Support bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing risk areas.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, market vendors and internal divisions.
• Communicate changes to operational requirements and their impact on processes and controls.
• Function as Operations Lead and drive project execution within payments, with transformation in mind.
