Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Contracts or Head of Services role.
• Strong facilities management background with outsourced FM partners.
• Proven experience in asset management including lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of College Lane residences.
• Manage service delivery through subcontracted FM partners.
• Oversee lifecycle planning and defect management.
