Mansioni

• Direct and oversee all daily trucking operations, maintenance, safety, DOT compliance, equipment, and driver recruiting.
• Justify, specify, select, and purchase new trucks, trailers, and other necessary equipment and systems.
• Assist in dispatching and managing drivers to efficiently cover all loads for our customer base.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with customers, brokers, and vendors to maximize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Develop and implement compliant and effective safety programs.
• Provide backup support to operational and administrative staff.
• Assist with payroll information compilation and communication.
• Promote the image, growth, profitability, and success of the company through professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company associates, rates, customers, and proprietary information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
