Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations preferred.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hiring and training of movers and drivers.
• Tracks and schedules truck maintenance.
• Oversees daily scheduling of trucks and movers.
• Manages operations staff to complete duties daily, weekly, monthly.
• After-hours point of contact.
• Ensures DOT compliance for trucks/equipment.
• Leads a positive safety culture.
• Ensures financial wellbeing of the operations department.
