Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years managing personnel or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to drive satisfaction.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, under budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans.
• Improve field performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
