DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager for the K&B Garage Doors unit in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee daily operations, lead field technicians and office staff, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires a versatile leader who thrives in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment, is ready to travel for training, and focuses on service excellence and profitable growth for the branch.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in repair/installation preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage field technicians and office staff to minimize costs and maximize profit.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the department.
• Develop skilled field technicians/installers and office personnel to provide top level service while minimizing labor costs and maximizing profit.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, efficiently, below budget and to the satisfaction of customers.
• Proactively address customer interactions to ensure a positive experience, even when delivering difficult news.
• Department Budget and P&L responsibility with control of labor and material costs.
• Improve performance through daily, monthly and yearly reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
