Job summary

Transcend is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operations and events across projects, ensuring coordination, clarity, and high-quality outcomes. The role focuses on team retreats, conferences, and internal experiences, demanding strong organizational skills and proactive collaboration.

You will drive timelines, logistics, and budgets, partnering with Portfolio Directors and Senior Leaders. A remote US-based role with travel up to 2–3 times monthly supports the mission of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and coordinating complex operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Budget management and logistical planning for events.
• Proficiency with Zoom and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 2-3x per month and coordinate multi-day trips.
• Experience analyzing survey data and generating summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and logistics for workshops, events, and conferences, including in-person and virtual formats.
• Coordinate end-to-end planning for Transcend’s Team Retreat and internal experiences.
• Create, manage, and communicate project plans and calendars across portfolios.
• Prepare travel plans and coordinate attendee experiences at conferences and events.
• Develop and share clear communications, memos, and guides for teams and partners.
• Manage budgets and procurement in partnership with Finance; handle related expenses.
