OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS - ARROW SECURITY NYC REGIONAL OFFICE

Position Summary

The Operations Manager oversees staffing and scheduling of security officers for designated client contracts or site locations. They act as a trusted mentor to the security team and serve as a liaison to clients, effectively communicating all daily operational activities.

Aligned with our "We Care" philosophy, the Operations Manager collaborates with Operations and HR teams to implement best practices in company policies, ensuring adherence to Federal and State regulations, and fostering respect and professionalism within the team.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Manage 5,000-6,500 hours of contract security work
2. Schedule security staff according to client needs
3. Train, mentor, and support security officers
4. Coordinate communication with clients regarding operations
5. Provide exceptional customer service
6. Manage personnel and costs while ensuring contract compliance
7. Draft and update security post orders
8. Drive operational accountability
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
