Qualifications

• Commercial or business-related education; a university degree is an advantage but not required.
• Professional experience in a similar role in a small or medium-sized company.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English skills.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Business Support: support the implementation of our sales strategy, monitor performance, coordinate sales activities, and collaborate closely with our global sales team.
• Office & Operations: coordinate orders and logistics, keep track of inventory and monthly stock reports, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining strong relationships with our business partners.
• Finance & Accounting: manage day-to-day accounts receivable and payable activities, from invoicing and payment monitoring to invoice processing and payment preparation; support cost controlling and financial reporting.
• HR & Team Support: process payroll to include time tracking, benefits administration, prepare HR documentation, and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities.
