What We Do

We manage daily Cash Operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, developing policies, training staff, and monitoring efficiency through reports and audits. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing work activities of a department
• Providing oversight and leadership to team members
• Influencing outcomes and aligning team efforts with organizational goals
• Participating in cash management decision-making
• Ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
• Supporting organizational goals and initiatives
• Driving project reviews and approving designs and estimates
• Contributing to strategic planning and operational decisions
• Resolving client and customer issues
• Partnering with other departments on servicing activities
• Monitoring operational metrics and results
• Implementing performance improvement plans
• Handling escalations and supporting new processes
• Developing and monitoring team and individual goals
• Conducting performance reviews and hiring recommendations
• Addressing complex problems involving multiple factors
• Interacting with management and peers for cooperation and reporting
• Managing financial resources responsibly
• Supervising employees and developing operational plans
• Serving as the on-site Manager of the Cash team
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of related experience
• 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to build effective relationships at middle management level
• Strong management, project planning, and business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and lead change
• Experience with complex project execution and cross-functional collaboration

Salary Range: $75,375 – $125,600 annually, based on experience and location.
