Road & Rail Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Greensburg, Indiana facility. This role requires hands-on leadership, safety focus, and accountability to ensure production runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will manage daily site activities, supervise teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding OSHA and industry standards. Flexible scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Experience addressing employee performance, attendance, and accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily site activities to meet customer expectations, production goals, and quality standards.
• Coordinate staffing, workloads, and operational priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor productivity, service quality, and overall site performance.
• Ensure employees follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees to build a productive, accountable workforce.
• Address attendance, performance, and workplace conduct concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in hiring, training, disciplinary decisions, and employee evaluations.
