Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service-related scheduling, customer care and invoicing.

• Supervise distribution, storage activities and dispatch processes.
• Ensure safety meetings are completed on time and DOT compliance is maintained.
• Conduct performance reviews and approve time cards when applicable.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
