Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple functions across sites within the Midland footprint. Based in-office, you will manage supervisors, drive operational plans, and ensure quality and risk controls while guiding a team through change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience and at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience across operations, risk mitigation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Executes operating plan and directs operations across sites.
• Manages and achieves desired business results; handles escalations and guides team.
• Coaches staff and leads staff meetings; translates strategy into tactics.
• Provides consultation to service partners and customers; drives process improvements.
• Reviews transactions and monitors quality and compliance; mitigates risk.
