Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Manager within the AR Advantage Operations team based in Milton, GA. The role supports delivering accurate processing and customer outcomes in an in-office setting with a Tuesday-Saturday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM schedule.

You will lead and coach a team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position, and a strong focus on risk management is required.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No university degree required.
• No required certification(s).
• Strong leadership, coaching and process improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Executes operating plan and communicates strategic direction to operations team.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results; resolves escalations.
• Provides coaching and development to team members and leads staff meetings.
• Consults with service partners and customers; identifies and implements process improvements; develops SOPs.
• Reviews transactions and reports to identify exceptions; monitors quality and ensures compliance.
