Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant operations, plumbing, installation, construction, or service-industry experience.
• Plumbing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines, and priorities in a hands-on environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, organization, and readiness for upcoming installation jobs.
• Coordinate and schedule plumbing, installation, and service projects to support timely completion.
• Complete assigned plumbing installations accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Ensure materials, equipment, supplies, and job details are prepared.
• Track installation schedules, monitor job progress, and help resolve scheduling or operational issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers, ownership, and internal shop team members.
• Support overall business efficiency by maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and dependable shop operation.
