Job summary

Craft a Brew in Orlando is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day in our warehouse and multi-channel sales operation. This is a true number-two role reporting to the owner, with ownership of production, purchasing, fulfillment, inventory, vendor relationships, and team management.

You'll oversee Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart WFS, and related channel performance, drive forecasting, cost controls, and process improvements while staying hands-on on the floor as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on operations experience in CPG, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
• Direct experience on a warehouse or production floor.
• Demonstrated Shopify operations experience (inventory, order management, listings).
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace / WFS and Amazon Seller Central (FBA, replenishment).

Responsibilities

• Own production, purchasing, fulfillment, inventory, vendor relationships, and team management.
• Oversee sales channels: Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart WFS, Shopify inventory management.
• Lead weekly KPI reporting to ownership across production and channel performance.
• Manage HR activities including hiring, onboarding, attendance, and performance discussions.
