Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, metals service center a plus
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• 1+ year in management/training
• Knowledge of ASTM, OSHA, DOL requirements
• Equivalent education/experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and processing operations and supervise related activities
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff and line leads
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the facility
• Monitor quality control standards and productivity metrics
• Recruit, train and mentor staff; manage on-the-job training
• Report to the Operations Manager and coordinate with other departments
