Job summary

Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager in managing a client-based operation within a warehouse setting. The role focuses on maximizing labor efficiency, reducing overhead, and analyzing current procedures to improve site performance.

You will lead a team, enforce Lean principles, coordinate third-party transportation, ensure safety/compliance, and build strong relationships with clients and service providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles and related tools is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in meeting client service goals.
• Oversee operations to ensure objectives are met and Lean principles applied.
• Act as location point of contact in GM's absence.
• Coordinate third‑party transportation and manage dispatch/routing.
• Lead a team, coach, and manage performance and safety.
