Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 or higher within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach, teach, and supervise assigned personnel.
• Lead on-site team leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Own inventory management and liaise with Purchasing and Vendors.
• Develop and implement project plans with risk management and progress reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the team.
