Responsibilities include managing production schedules, implementing continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to policies while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Bachelor's in Engineering preferred with 3+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years of related manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/JDE systems; project scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly employees; ensure safety and quality.
• Plan, assign, and optimize production schedules and workloads.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices.
• Manage performance, coaching, and development of team members.
• Coordinate with planning, inventory, and project milestones.
