Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans via forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work in variable noise and temperatures and across delivery stations.
