Amazon Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff across a fulfillment site in Louisville, TN. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering packages on time and to the right location.

You will mentor your team, manage large-scale projects with site and regional impact, and use data-driven analysis to balance workloads, improve productivity, and implement Lean or process improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience leading large-scope projects with site and regional impact.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Load balance by forecast reviews and productivity planning.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures.
• Support outside loading department workflows.
