United Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate and direct quality service and maximize branch productivity. In this role, you will support the Branch Manager to ensure compliance, oversee sales efforts, and manage performance of staff including Inside Sales Reps and Drivers.

We value leadership and accountability, promoting a culture of safety and discipline. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong operational experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
