Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Operations Manager for the DMV area to lead a team of site cleaners and supervisors, driving client satisfaction and service quality across multiple locations.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, oversee daily operations, conduct inspections, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A bilingual English/Spanish background is required, with the ability to work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Valid drivers license
• Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
