Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including retail, fuel, restaurant, and truck care. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and drive customer satisfaction while executing business strategies to grow sales.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-unit retail management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in budgeting and P&L management.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas including retail, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive sales via effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and act to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
