Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility with restroom/shower upkeep, equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity and reporting.
• Analyze profit/loss statements and implement changes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
