Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, driving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead a team, implement strategies, and execute plans to grow sales while maintaining safety and standards. The role requires coordinating across departments, managing finances and reporting, and partnering with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence and growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume over $2M
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with routine safety checks
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition
