Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility through safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss statements, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
