Job summary

QXO is seeking a candidate for an entry-to-management track in its insulation and building materials division. The role offers comprehensive training across multiple departments, including Production and Sales Operations, with promotion potential under experienced leadership.

The ideal candidate is open to learning, willing to relocate as needed, and prepared to travel up to 20% for training; candidates should be at least 18 years old and hold a Bachelor's Degree or have 2+ years of construction

Qualifications

• Operations Management experience, preferable in building materials or construction related industry.
• Willing to travel <20% and relocate for permanent assignment, as required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services

Responsibilities

• Gaining knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position.
• Comprehensive training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations.
• Learn every aspect of running a branch operation under guidance of experienced professionals
