Job summary

QXO is seeking a motivated candidate for a branch operations trainee role in Raleigh, NC. The program provides training across Production, Sales Operations and related departments with a clear path to management.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to new responsibilities, and willing to travel or relocate for permanent assignment within the company’s expansive insulation and building materials network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Comprehensive training across departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more to run a branch operation.
