Job summary

QXO invites you to join its Manager in Training program in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC, designed to develop future leaders for the insulation and building materials business. You will rotate through Production, Sales Operations and other departments under seasoned mentors, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility.

The role requires a willingness to travel up to 20%, relocation as needed, and a background in construction management or distribution services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under supervision.
• Comprehensive training across departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more.
• Willing to travel for training and relocate for permanent assignment as required.
• Be willing to travel <20%.
