QXO is seeking a candidate for an operations management track with comprehensive training across Production and Sales Operations for its insulation business. The role emphasizes learning every aspect of running a branch operation and offers paths to management.

Relocation may be required, with travel for training expected. The position requires at least a bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant construction management experience, willingness to travel and relocate, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience for promotion to a management position under supervision of experienced professionals.
• Undergo comprehensive training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations relevant to insulation business.
• Be open to learning all aspects of running a branch operation and relocate for permanent assignment as required.
