QXO, North America’s leading insulation and building materials distributor, invites you to join our Manager In Training program in Hardeeville, SC (with placements in nearby markets). You will rotate through Production and Sales Operations, gaining hands-on experience under seasoned professionals aimed at promoting you into management.

Expect a structured training path, travel for training (<20%), and relocation as needed. The role combines field and office work and offers a clear path to leadership within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Willing to travel and relocate for permanent assignment as required.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced professionals.
• Comprehensive training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations.
• Open to learning new things, take initiative, and learn every aspect of running a branch operation.
