• 2+ years of management experience within dental or medical office.
• Experience in dental/medical office is required.
• Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
• Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.

The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
