Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support coordinating and directing operations across client locations. The MIT program offers blended-learning, on-site training, and real‑time feedback for professional development.

Relocation within the US is required if a local opportunity is not available. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, compliance checks, and liaison work with customers, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in Business Management or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Relocation within the US required if local opportunity unavailable.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus and ability to obtain driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Assist with program compliance, safety, quality, and service inspections.
• Assist with inventory and equipment management.
• Review service requests and coordinate with the manager.
• Participate in budget planning and cost estimates.
• Coordinate program specifications, proposals, contracts, and documents.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Conduct meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders.
