SBM Management Services, LP invites applications for a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Boise, Idaho. This 9-week rigorous track develops emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development, with structured virtual learning and on-site operations training across SBM's core operations.
You will gain direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations, plus exposure to scheduling, budgeting, and program implementation.

SBM's Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development.
Graduates leave with a strong operational foundation, enhanced leadership abilities, and the confidence to drive performance across SBM sites.
The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

A.A. Degree required in Business Management, or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
The anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $60,000-$80,168.40.
The final compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, education, qualifications, internal pay equity, and current market conditions.
