Job summary

SBM is hiring for a Manager-in-Training program in Chandler, AZ. The MIT program is a 9-week, hands-on path into site leadership, with real responsibilities from week one and mentors to help you grow. You’ll rotate through operations, safety, and client teams to build a solid leadership foundation.

Graduates move into operations leadership roles across SBM’s sites. The program emphasizes team development, client engagement, safety leadership, and budget management while offering growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness and ability to relocate.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and routes.
• Assist with inspection and evaluation of establishments for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Assist with inventory supplies and equipment.
• Review customer requests and address with manager.
• Assist with policy implementation and goals.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and external stakeholders.
