Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP invites applications for a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Boise, Idaho. This 9-week rigorous track develops emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development, with structured virtual learning and on-site operations training across SBM's core operations.

You will gain direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations, plus exposure to scheduling, budgeting, and program implementation.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree in business management or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Candidates must be able to relocate for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Assist with inspection and evaluation of establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Assist with inventory supplies and equipment.
• Review customer requests for service and address with manager.
• Assist with plan, budget, and schedule modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Participate in the development of long-range plans and capital outlay for improvements.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
