The ideal candidate will have an A.A. degree in business or related field with 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a readiness to develop leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in Business Management or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and cost estimates for programs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain contracts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support with program specifications, proposals, and related documents.
