Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support coordinating and directing operations for contractual responsibilities with SBM and customers.

The role includes hands-on MIT program involvement, strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor relations, with relocation supported after eight weeks. The position requires the ability to develop work schedules, manage service routes, ensure safety and quality compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in Business Management or related field; 2+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Relocation within the US may be required if local opportunity is not available.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Assist with inspection and evaluation of establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service.
• Assist with inventory supplies and equipment.
• Assist with plan, budget, and schedule modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets and contracts.
• Participate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
• Assist with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
