SBM Management Services, LP is launching a Manager in Training program designed to develop future leaders through a rigorous 9-week training and on-the-job development. The role emphasizes coordinating operations, budgeting, scheduling, and client relations to ensure high standards of service across SBM sites.

The program offers structured virtual learning and on-site mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations, building strong operational foundations and leadership

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; related field may count toward qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities.
• Develop work schedules, assign personnel to routes, and ensure adequate service.
• Support with planning, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, and customer relations.
