Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Manager in Training to assist with coordinating and directing operations for contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers. The role involves planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, and high level management tasks.

The Assistant Operations Manager will help develop work schedules, inspect for program compliance, and support policy implementation while maintaining safety and effective communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree in business management with 2+ years of experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Support safety, quality, and service program compliance.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate program specifications and contracts.
