Job summary

Club Studio is seeking a dynamic manager to lead operations across our boutique fitness studios. You will hire, train and motivate a client-focused team, oversee the front desk, recovery lab, and janitorial efforts, and organize staff scheduling to exceed budgets and service standards.

You will champion community outreach, sell fitness programs, and ensure staff can clearly communicate studio concepts. A commitment to learning and professional growth with Club Studio is essential.

Qualifications

• Fitness industry experience and passion.
• Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Find hire and train a top talented team with a fitness mindset and customer service focus.
• Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
• Assist in managing Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery lab and Janitorial departments.
• Arrange and manage scheduling for staff.
• Support running a clean and profitable club through collaboration with managers.
• Be willing to learn selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes.
• Ensure your team can communicate studio concepts.
• Engage in community outreach and help plan in-studio events.
• Lead daily 15-minute morning meetings with GM, Studio Director and PTD to plan the day.
• Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same.
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment.
• Understand management as achieving goals through cooperation.
• Be eager to learn management skills development.

Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find hire, train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service.

• Assist in managing the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery lab and Janitorial departments
• Arrange and manage scheduling for staff
• Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
• Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes
• Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
• Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
• Daily 15-minute morning meeting with GM, Studio Director and PTD to discuss any outstanding items from the previous and plan a strategy for the current day
• Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
• Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
• Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
• Eager to continue to learn about management skills development.
• Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fitness industry experience and passion
