Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of compliance requirements and operational policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review and coordinate quote and order processing across channels, including EDI, portals, web, and consignment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding order status, delivery issues, or product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping staff to resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, or inventory.
• Oversee location operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.
• Provide training for location staff, including customer service representatives, operations associates, and support staff.
• Oversee cash handling, account transactions, quotes, orders and other operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support customer account maintenance related to pricing, rebate renewals, returns, credits and freight recovery.
• Participate fully with SPE initiatives, including Purchasing and Billing as outlined in the centralized process.

We also perform spray metalizing and hard surfacing. The additional metal replaces eroded machine parts and saves you money by extending the life of your machinery.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who would be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of their location, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and compliance with company standards.Duties include monitoring employees, providing a friendly, professional and well-organized office, warehouse and facility. All customer requests, no matter what their source, are managed with equal attention to ensure every BHQ customer receives the respect, time, and care needed to meet or exceed their expectations. The Operations Manager plays a vital role in upholding and surpassing our \"Service First\" commitment. This role drives performance, and ensures the location meets service, operational, and financial goals.
