Job summary

Advantage Media Services is hiring for a full-time warehouse operations supervisor in New Holland, PA. The role focuses on supervising and training staff to meet production schedules, enforcing policies, and driving efficiency in inventory and shipping processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in senior operations leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of operating processes to boost productivity and reduce cost.
• Oversee warehouse operations; expand practices to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Participate in strategic planning for operations.
• Upgrade systems and procedures to align with production schedules.
• Create and operate within budget and supervise outbound transportation.
• Ensure safety, training and guidelines are followed across the team.
• Review programs and manage the supply system; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: PA 121 North Shirk - New Holland, PA 17557, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $25.00 - $34.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Responsible for supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Essential Job Functions

• Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operational practice across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability
