Ascendo Resources is seeking an Operations Manager in the South Denver, CO area on a hybrid schedule. You will serve as the right hand to the CEO, driving special projects and development of critical materials for boards and investors.

The role offers substantial growth potential and could evolve into a Chief of Staff position. You will lead project plans, vendor evaluations, and business planning efforts while coordinating executive-level reporting and meetings with confidential information

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or PM in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional organization and project-management ability.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and executive reporting.
• Experience working with senior executives and confidential information.
• Exposure to M&A or PE-backed businesses is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop project plans for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Research and evaluate vendors, tools, and potential solutions.
• Support business planning activities and cadence.
• Assist in preparing materials for board and investor meetings, establishing timelines, and coordinating presentations.
