Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking an Operations Manager in the South Denver, CO area on a hybrid schedule. You will serve as the right hand to the CEO, driving special projects and development of critical materials for boards and investors.

The role offers substantial growth potential and could evolve into a Chief of Staff position. You will lead project plans, vendor evaluations, and business planning efforts while coordinating executive-level reporting and meetings with confidential information

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or PM in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional organization and project-management ability.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and executive reporting.
• Experience working with senior executives and confidential information.
• Exposure to M&A or PE-backed businesses is preferred.

Our client, a fast growing private equity owned portfolio company that is experiencing hyper growth is looking to hire an Operations Manager. The position is in South Denver, CO and will be a Hybrid work model. This individual will serve as the right hand person to the CEO. The position offers a huge growth opportunity and upward mobility and has the capability to grow into a Chief of Staff role.

About the position:

Requirements:

• 4 + years of professional experience in business operations, project management, consulting, corporate strategy, private equity/portfolio operations or another high-growth environment.
• Exceptional organization and project-management ability.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and comfort with operating metrics, business plans and executive reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and comfort learning new technology and project-management tools.
• Experience working with senior executives and confidential information.
• Exposure to M&A, Board processes or PE-backed businesses is preferred.
