Rocky Mountain Mechanical is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations across HVAC, plumbing, generator, fireplace, and water treatment divisions. This role ensures efficient scheduling through completion while supporting office staff, technicians, and customers.

You will monitor KPIs, coach employees, and drive an exceptional customer experience, maintaining quality standards and profitability. A strong leader with hands-on approach is ideal for our Emmett, Idaho operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industries preferred.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation departments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and workloads.
• Monitor job progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.

Position Summary

Rocky Mountain Mechanical is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HVAC, plumbing, generator, fireplace, and water treatment divisions. This individual will ensure jobs move efficiently from scheduling through completion while supporting office staff, technicians, and customers. The Operations Manager is responsible for improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, coaching employees, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation departments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and workloads.
• Monitor job progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
• Maintain communication between office staff, technicians, suppliers, and customers.

• Maintain licensing and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry experience preferred.
